Key Responsibilities:
  • Get involved in every aspect of nursery operations, from growing and potting to irrigation and stock preparation.
  • Develop excellent customer service skills by providing the best experience for customers.
  • Work beside experienced horticulturists to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Be involved in site operations and contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
