Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Backend AI Engineer to play a pivotal role in operationalising AI across our internal tooling and product ecosystem.

About the Role
  • Create accessible AI tools and systems that empower non-technical and non-ML teams by designing and implementing database solutions with experience in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Shape backend strategies to support the integration of AI infrastructure across our products, driving internal adoption of AI features, both developed in-house and sourced externally.
  • Design AI-powered workflows that improve productivity and enhance user experiences, building learning resources to support teams in understanding and applying AI effectively.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of hands-on backend engineering experience, preferably in a modern cloud environment, with a strong understanding of modern product and engineering principles and practices.
  • Proven experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems, with a genuine passion for software development and staying up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills and Qualifications
