About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Student Success Advisor to join our team at the University of Adelaide. As a key member of our Student Engagement and Success unit, you will play a critical role in delivering proactive student support across the coursework student lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-facing student advice and support, including degree pathway advice, on-boarding, program/course advice, student counselling and consultation, retention/engagement activities, and graduation completions.
  • Develop and implement holistic student case management plans to ensure students receive a high-quality experience.
  • Work collaboratively with student representatives and other stakeholders to ensure student connections, progression, and success.
  • Contribute to the development of a proactive student-centric service culture with a focus on increased student retention, engagement, and success.
Requirements
  • Proven record of actively contributing to high-performance teams and championing a workplace culture.
  • High-level experience in providing front-facing student advice in a tertiary education environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively to deliver student-centric results.
  • Demonstrated high-level administrative experience, with strong organisational and time management abilities.
