Key Responsibilities:
In this Customer Experience Ambassador role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to every guest, every time. This includes providing information and advice tailored for each guest with your knowledge of local attractions, offer reservation services, and overseeing the management of guest luggage, mail, and taxi services.

You will report to the Chief Concierge and work as part of a team on a rotating shift basis, enjoying working in a fast-paced environment. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask will enable you to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.

With a strong focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance, you will continually seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency while maintaining high-quality customer service standards. A current Full Australian Driver's License, full availability to work various shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends with immediate start, and experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry are essential for this role.
