Job Overview

The Engagement, Reporting and Coordination Specialist will play a key role in delivering engagement on Victoria's largest energy infrastructure project. This includes driving coordination across stakeholders, industry, and reporting teams, as well as supporting executives with high-level project and administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to engagement and knowledge of local/regional advice and support engagement with key stakeholders during construction and early operations.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and contractors to plan and assess community engagement.
  • Manage relationships with communities, businesses, suppliers, and local government (excluding hosting landholders).
  • Oversee the delivery of projects and partnerships between stakeholders/organisations in order to create place-based value along the project footprint.
  • Review and prepare confidential reports, correspondence, and presentations using applications, ensuring high quality and consistent messaging and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid knowledge and demonstrated experience with stakeholder and community engagement in a local/regional and project setting.
  • Strong experience in supporting and coordinating functions for projects and project management teams.
  • Delivery of high-quality reporting, documents, minutes, and agendas.
  • Ability to effectively work independently, solve problems, and demonstrate proactivity.
