About the role:

We're seeking a Trade Qualified Baker to join our bakery team at Coles Supermarkets. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for contributing to a bakery department that's exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging.

About you and your skills:

• Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is required, showcasing your commitment to the trade.
• Extensive baking experience: Particularly in a high-speed baking setting.
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge: Essential to uphold our high standards.
• Customer obsessed: Our customers are at the heart of what we do. We're looking for someone who can delight our customers with their love for baking.
• Passion for quality and consistency: You take pride in every loaf that you deliver.
• Mentorship and Team Support: We are looking for a team player who can coach and support other team members in honing their craft.
