About the Role

As an Operational Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional telephone and reception services, responding to queries from theatre management staff and hospital employees. You will also work closely with the theatre Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) and relevant managers to ensure seamless administrative operations.

You will have the opportunity to utilize various databases, design and maintain spreadsheets, and provide word processing services to support the team's workflow. Additionally, you will coordinate shared mailboxes, greet patients, and facilitate requests from theatre management staff.

The successful candidate will primarily liaise with internal stakeholders, including executives and hospital staff. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting patients and facilitating their experience
  • Utilizing Microsoft packages and software such as iPM and DMR
  • Coordinating shared mailboxes and ensuring timely responses to queries
