About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contact for sales and service enquiries, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to resolve issues effectively. They will also possess a strong customer focus, with a commitment to delivering tailored solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

The Customer Service Representative will work closely with our sales teams to manage customer orders, prepare quotes, and coordinate logistics. They will also be responsible for updating systems, managing relationships with stakeholders, and resolving any issues that may arise.
