Job Opportunity:

We invite applications for a Graduate Occupational Therapist to join our Health and Safety team.

About the Role:
  • This is a 2-year fixed term graduate program with a lifestyle-friendly 9-day fortnight roster.
  • Reporting to the Specialist – Occupational Health, you will be responsible for promoting and adhering to our health, safety, environmental and community policies and procedures.
  • You will also lead our participatory ergonomics program, conduct ergonomic assessments, identify effective controls, and document outcomes.
  • Additionally, you will support occupational injury management, including work capacity assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promoting and adhering to our health, safety, environmental and community policies and procedures.
  • Leading our participatory ergonomics program—conducting ergonomic assessments, identifying effective controls, and documenting outcomes.
  • Supporting occupational injury management, including work capacity assessments.
  • Contributing to the development and enhancement of job demands analyses.
  • Delivering engaging presentations to employees across the site.
Requirements:
  • A recent or near completed Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapist, completed within the last 12 months or due for completion by January 2026.
  • A strong personal commitment to safety.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business.
  • A motivated, organised approach to managing workload and priorities.
  • Initiative and a growth mindset, with a passion for learning, improvement, and creative problem-solving.
