About the Role

The NSW Government is seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Farm Gate Counsellor. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality specialist counselling services to individuals, families, and agricultural groups in rural and remote communities affected by natural disasters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical services to individuals in disaster-affected communities
  • Offer professional/clinical supervision and leadership to less experienced practitioners
  • Work in partnership with the Rural Adversity Mental Health Program

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual with a strong commitment to regional and rural communities. You will have a deep understanding of the mental wellbeing of the agricultural community and experience in helping others navigate prolonged stress.
