About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a specialist in early childhood education. Your primary responsibility will be to support quality teaching and learning programs that meet national standards.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Reviewing individual teacher portfolios with written and verbal feedback on annotations of teaching practice.
  • Conducting face-to-face or online observations of teaching practice to support the development of annotations of quality teaching practice.
  • Translating national standards to prior-to-school contexts to facilitate understanding of quality evidence for children.
  • Liaising and collaborating with key stakeholders, including regional teams and external partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification.
  • Registered teacher status with a proficient registration in NSW.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in the early childhood education sector as a practicing teacher.
  • A current Australian driver's license and valid working with children check.
