  • Experienced Leader: 8-10 years in IT operations, with 5+ years leading technical teams. Proven experience managing endpoints, SaaS platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Results-Driven: Focused on delivering high-quality outcomes on time and driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative Problem Solver: Strong interpersonal skills, adept at working with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Operational Optimizer: Experienced in improving processes to reduce operational overhead and enable teams to focus on impactful work.
Technical Proficiency
  • Endpoint Management: Advanced experience with Intune, SCCM, and VDI technologies.
  • SaaS Platforms: Proficient in managing M365, Atlassian Suite, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Automation: Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) to drive efficiency and consistency in infrastructure management.
  • Cloud & Virtual Infrastructure: Expertise in VMware, Microsoft virtualization technologies, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • ITSM & Incident Management: Familiarity with ITIL and service management practices, with a proven ability to resolve escalations effectively.
