  • Design and Planning (DA):

    • Prepare architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit.
    • Ensure designs meet building codes, regulations, and Australian standards.
  • Project Support:
    • Lead project teams to produce project documentation.
    • Oversee the preparation of design proposals, reports, and technical specifications.
    • Run project meetings to understand client requirements and provide updates.
  • Coordination and Communication:
    • Lead all communication with clients and their internal teams to discuss project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
    • Liaise with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to coordinate designs.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Stay updated on new design software, tools, and industry practices.
