About us, we are a family owned and run forklift and access equipment rental and sales company based in Brisbane.

The Role

As a technician at our workshop, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to customers by diagnosing, servicing, pre-hiring, and off-hiring all our equipment. This includes breakdowns, fault finding, and servicing of our range of forklifts, telehandlers, and access equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with forklifts and other heavy machinery.
  2. Servicing, maintenance, and testing of equipment to ensure it meets safety and performance standards.
  3. Pre-hire and off-hire inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and support business growth.
Requirements:
  1. Mechanical trade certificate (forklift mechanic / diesel mechanic / heavy vehicle mechanic or light vehicle).
  2. Current driver's license.
  3. Forklift license desirable.
  4. Solid understanding of diesel and hydraulics.
  5. Sense of urgency and ability to work within time frames.
