The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated High Voltage Electrician to join our team, working on a 2/2 FIFO roster with a mix of day and night shifts. As a Site Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing diagnostic evaluations, maintenance, and repairs on Electric Drive Hitachi Trucks
  • Following manufacturer specifications for maintenance and repairs
  • Completing and submitting all relevant paperwork and reporting
  • Ensuring the HCA Safety Culture is prioritized and embraced in every situation
  • Performing quality service and maintenance on various plant and product lines
  • Undertaking fault finding and diagnostic work to assist with onsite breakdowns
  • Liaising with technical support staff and onboarding a collaborative team culture to ensure timely customer service delivery
Requirements
  • Relevant High Voltage Electrician trade qualifications
  • HR Driver's License and High Risk Licenses - EWP - WAH - Dogging & Rigging
  • Demonstrated experience and solid understanding of mining equipment maintenance
  • Previous technical exposure to Hitachi mining equipment would be highly advantageous
  • Computer literacy skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Dedicated to quality customer service delivery and work output
  • Personable and professional with a drive to build positive long-term relationships
  • Understand the importance of Workplace Health & Safety and be proactive in reducing hazards
