Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of $35-$40 per hour, with flexible working hours to support work-life balance. We also offer a laundry allowance, access to our training platform, and Employee Assistance Program.
Job Description
We seek passionate Early Childhood Educators dedicated to fostering young children's growth. In this role, you'll create nurturing, engaging learning environments, develop age-appropriate curricula, assess progress, and build strong family relationships. Ensure high-quality care and compliance with industry standards to support children's holistic development and lifelong learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children.
- Provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Assess progress and adapt to various situations and needs that arise in an early childhood setting.
- Liaise with children, parents, and colleagues using strong verbal and written communication skills.
Essential Qualifications
- Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent).
- A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
- First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
