About the Role
  • You will be responsible for assessing student needs, developing care plans, connecting clients with resources and services, advocating for their rights and offering emotional support.
  • You will work as part of schools' established student support teams to enhance wellbeing and mental health support available to students.
  • Responsibilities include undertaking individual and group counselling, administering psycho-educational assessments, and coordinating professional training programs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support school communities in responding to critical incidents and emergencies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student wellbeing and mental health.
