Private Dining Director Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Product Director to lead our Private Dining business.

This role will play a pivotal part in conceptualizing, validating, and bringing to market private dining solutions that augment our current portfolio and drive growth as a business.

The successful candidate will embody a General Manager mindset, co-owning revenue goals and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring these products to market.

  • Craft the Strategy: Define a clear product vision, strategy, and goals for the business verticals and articulate how they align with company objectives.
  • Set a roadmap that considers buy, build, and partner avenues.
  • Own the business outcomes in collaboration with Go-To-Market leaders, driving adoption, engagement, and monetization through new businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team of product managers.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, customer centricity, and collaboration within the organization.
  • Invest in upleveling product craft.
  • Champion a customer-centric, data-driven, and market-aware approach to actively seek out and implement research and data.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with 6+ years in a people-management role leading product managers, preferably in B2C or marketplace companies.
  • Significant experience building consumer or marketplace products and scaling them.
  • Experience defining and driving a Go-To-Market strategy in collaboration with marketing and/or sales.
