About the Role

  • Monitoring and measuring the progress and effectiveness of our WA tour program and providing recommendations for improvements where required.

What's on Offer

  • Benefits allowance & performance-related bonus (variable).
  • Make a difference in our local communities with paid employee volunteering hours.
  • Access to the Alcoa Live Well program with a selection of health & wellbeing discount offers to help you live your best life.

What You Can Bring to the Role

  • Experience in similar education, community relations, communications, or tourism roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to develop, maintain and deliver in-person and online tours to various stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative skills and an ability to plan and prioritise multiple projects and activities effectively.
  • Microsoft office proficiency.
  • Current WA Drivers' Licence.
  • Knowledge of the bauxite-alumina-aluminium industry and Alcoa's geographical and sociopolitical setting in WA would be advantageous.
