Assistant Clinic Manager Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to support the Clinic Manager in driving operational efficiency and performance of our skin clinic.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience in a fast-paced retail or clinic environment, as well as at least 12 months of management experience in a clinic setting. They will also possess relevant qualifications such as a Diploma of Dermal Therapy, Beauty Therapy or a Bachelor of Dermal Science/Health Science, and be confident in communicating with peers, managers, stakeholders and clients.
About the Position:
- Motivate and support the team to provide exceptional customer experiences
- Lead on key operational tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Support productivity initiatives to drive client conversion, rebooking and sales targets
- Manage adverse events and assist the team in resolving client concerns/complaints
- Foster a good health and safety culture through leading by example and prioritizing safety
- Consult with customers to provide recommendations for their personal skincare needs and expert advice on skin health
- Use medical grade equipment to provide hands-on treatments to clients for services including microdermabrasion, advanced peels, and LED therapy
- Support the Clinic Manager with new team member onboarding
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also require relevant industry qualifications and experience in a management role.
