Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Bush Regenerator to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will engage in various ecological restoration activities and revegetation projects, contributing significantly to local community efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake ecological restoration tasks and revegetation efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- Maintain tools and equipment necessary for restoration activities.
Location: Gold Coast, QLD.
Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time or Casual positions available.
Essential Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Conservation & Land Management or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of bush regeneration experience or equivalent voluntary work.
- White Card (Construction).
- Proficiency in identifying native and exotic plants of South East Queensland.
- Physically fit and capable of working in challenging outdoor conditions.
- Understanding of WHS policies and procedures.
- Valid Driver's Licence.
Desirable Qualifications:
- ACDC Licence.
- Senior First Aid certification.
- Chainsaw Certificate Level 1 & 2.
