Job Opportunity: Magical Christmas Experience Leader

As a Chief Elf, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences at our Christmas locations in South East Brisbane. You will lead and manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow while welcoming families and maintaining a joyful atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver top-notch visitor experiences
  • Manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow
  • Welcome families and maintain a joyful atmosphere
  • Oversee POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is of high quality, creating a treasured keepsake and memory of their Christmas experience

Requirements:

  • A leader who inspires and supports those around you
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Strong focus on creating positive experiences for visitors and team alike
  • Have or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance
