**Customer Support Role Overview**Infinite Aged Care offers a part-time position as a Customer Support Assistant in our Ipswich facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing administrative and sales support to internal and external stakeholders.Job Description:The Customer Support Assistant will work closely with key stakeholders, including the Facility Manager, nursing staff, and residents' families, to ensure prompt and confidential administrative and sales support is provided in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.This role requires a flexible and willing attitude, with a passion for quality aged care support. The successful candidate will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and accurate data entry skills.Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and sales support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including the Facility Manager and nursing staff
  • Ensure prompt and confidential administrative and sales support is provided
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry
Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
  • A flexible and willing attitude
  • A passion for quality aged care support
