Position Overview:
As a highly skilled makeup artist, you will combine your creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights our customers. You will work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.If you are a dynamic self-starter looking for a progressive career opportunity, this could be the perfect role for you and the first step of your career with a leader in prestige beauty. As part of our standard hiring process, you will be sent an invitation to complete a digital interview by a third-party provider. Your application will not be considered complete until this has been completed.
While certification in makeup artistry and/or previous retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with amateur level experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Utilize retail point-of-sale software to drive sales and customer engagement
- Collaborate with the team to create impactful in-store events and visual merchandising displays
- Meet sales and customer service targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry
- Previous experience in retail makeup or a related field is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
