Job DescriptionThe role involves providing key administrative support to two sales representatives, including:
- Assisting with daily tasks and projects
- Preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals as required
- Coordinating communication between sales teams and clients
- Utilising Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Processing sales orders and collating documentation
- Resolving customer service issues and tracking orders through delivery
- Communicating with staff in China office and factory

RequirementsTo be considered, you must have:
- Fluent English and Chinese communication skills (written and verbal)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Availability to work 5 days onsite
- Strong organisational skills and previous administration experience
