We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Assistant to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Fulfillment Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily management duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, and assigning job duties.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Escalate barriers to Operations leaders and drive standard work in Safety, Quality, and Productivity to meet daily operational goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Able to work 40 hours/week and overtime as required.
  • Ability to lift up to 15Kgs, stand/walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education beyond High School, and/or prior experience managing employees.
  • Strong background and proven ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
