About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our rooms, ensuring an exceptional first impression for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean all areas of the guest rooms, including bathrooms and surfaces, to meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a secure environment for guests.
  • Maintain guest privacy and security while providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently, managing time well to meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to navigate between rooms, using internal and external staircases and open pathways.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
