Safety and Quality Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated HSEQT Coordinator to join our operations in partnership with Chevron, ensuring the highest standards in health, safety, environment, quality, and training.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate all HSEQT activities across the site, including audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific HSEQT procedures aligned with Toll Group standards and Chevron requirements.
- Deliver engaging training and mentoring programs to enhance safety leadership and operational excellence.
- Champion Toll's Critical Risk Management processes and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 4801, and 14001 standards.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through initiatives, communication, and leadership engagement.
To succeed in this role, you will require proven experience in a similar HSEQT position, preferably within oil & gas, transport, or resource sectors. A strong understanding of integrated management systems and relevant legislation is essential.
