About the Role:
  • Supervise restaurant service periods to provide excellent customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Showcase your passion for providing an exceptional beverage experience to our guests.
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver personalized service excellence with each interaction.
  • Assist with bar operational tasks as required.
  • Lead by example, motivating and supporting our waitstaff team.
  • Maintain a clean and adequately stocked outlet at all times.
  • Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks.
  • Foster relationships with existing and new customers to drive future bookings.
Your Background:
  • A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • Relevant experience in a management or supervisory role.
  • Able to work in Australia with valid working rights.
  • Enthusiastic about career growth and development.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
