  • We are looking for a skilled Food Service Leader to join our incredible Hotel team.

This is a leadership role that will give room and scope to grow and have significant input into the evolution of our hotel brand in Australia.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the team from the front and representing not only the venue but the hotel
  • Training new employees to ensure efficiency in everything your team does
  • Coordinating employee schedules, including shift changes and absences
  • Analyzing guest requirements and preparing plans to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinating with departments and ensuring staff set up and supply remain according to departmental standards
  • Maintaining adherence to departmental standards
  • Inspecting presentation of food and beverage served to guests
