Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

This is a Permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday, providing a stable work-life balance for the successful candidate.

About the Role
  • The successful Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for developing and fostering meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • You will support and guide children's learning, while developing your own career and knowledge within the early childhood sector.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times, creating a secure and nurturing atmosphere for children to grow.
  • Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children, catering to their individual strengths, interests, and preferences.
  • Assist in the observation and evaluation of children's developmental progress, informing program planning and delivery.
  • Design and implement engaging activities to be included in children's developmental programs, promoting social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
About You
  • You are a passionate and creative Early Childhood Educator with a drive to lead and develop age-specific programs and daily routines, inspiring children to reach their full potential.
  • Experience leading and developing age-specific programs and routines, with a focus on delivering high-quality education and care.
