Vacenti Aged Care is seeking a professional with a passion for delivering high-quality training programs in aged care. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training initiatives that cater to the diverse needs of staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs aligned with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps among staff.
- Design and implement curriculum outlines, lesson plans, and training materials tailored to meet the unique requirements of our team.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to enhance the skills and confidence of staff members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment on training needs and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to inform future improvements.
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum three years' experience in a clinical or leadership role within aged care.
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills to engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

- Ability to hold a valid Australian visa and undertake national police clearance checks if necessary.
