Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Editor/Shooter to join our team in Brisbane.

About the role:

  • You will be based in a state-of-the-art production and post-production space, working on various productions for leading agencies.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include editing content, television commercials, and internal reels using your high-level craft skills to deliver creative content for clients and agency partners.

Day-to-day tasks will involve ingesting footage, editing, exporting to specifications, adapting global content, and collaborating with our senior production team to achieve exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Premiere and experience operating high-end cameras equivalent to a Sony FX6.

A passion for creativity and craft is essential, along with a positive attitude and a willingness to tackle diverse projects.

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent editing skills with experience in Premiere.
  • Knowledge of high-end camera operations, including the Sony FX6.
  • A good understanding of broadcast specs and dispatch systems, such as CAD and Peach.
  • Ability to work onsite in the office and occasionally travel for productions.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct talent and crew would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and After Effects would be advantageous.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
