Occupational Therapist

Bolton Clarke is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Melbourne's North. This is a full-time or part-time position (48 hours a fortnight) with the ability to work from home.
About the Role:This home and community care role will provide clinical support services to our valued clients in their own homes, enabling them to stay at home and remain independent for as long as possible. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with the ability to seamlessly manage varying and/or conflicting stakeholder demands.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct home-based assessments, including daily living, mobility, and home safety.
- Develop care plans in consultation with the resident and their family to ensure the highest quality of care for each client.
- Work to foster productive working relationships with government departments, hospitals, key providers, and other specialist providers.
- Previous relevant experience within an Aged or Community care environment is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or equivalent.
- Current Occupational Therapist Registration with AHPRA.
- Work with a dedicated and supportive clinical care team.
