About the Role

Our Technical Standards Engineer will lead the development, review, and implementation of technical standards for our distribution network. This role ensures compliance with regulatory and industry requirements, drives innovation, and promotes safety and efficiency.

You'll engage with internal stakeholders to ensure technical standards meet operational needs and support risk assessments to uphold WHS and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and reviewing technical standards
  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation in standard designs
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders
  • Supporting risk assessments
  • Managing document control processes

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering (or relevant experience)
  • Significant experience in technical documentation and standards development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in project management and technical documentation
