Superannuation Account Administrator
This role involves creating and managing superannuation accounts, handling rollovers, processing payments, and coordinating transfers. It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Account Administration: Opening and maintaining client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Daily Operations: Managing daily operations, monitoring ticket queues, and resolving issues within set timeframes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years' experience in funds management or a related field, with knowledge of custody and superannuation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Tertiary degree in a business-related field or relevant certification.
