Dynamic Food Preparation Specialist

**Deli Team Member Job Overview**
This is a dynamic role that involves working in our food preparation team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging rotisserie chickens and other items.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare rotisserie chickens by skewering and loading them into the oven for cooking.
- Package cooked chickens and move them to the display case.
- Open packages of meat, poultry or seafood, add sauce or ingredients per formula, and package for sale.
- Follow sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP) guidelines for equipment cleaning and sanitation.
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, including washing and sanitizing parts.
- Count merchandise on hand, calculate production needs, and document daily production.
- Assist other areas in the department as necessary.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers.
**Requirements and Expectations**
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You should also be comfortable working with food products and following strict health and safety protocols.
