Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Team Member/Construction cleaner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Final clean and defect check of prefab buildings both internally and externally to ensure the highest standards are met
  • Perform general factory cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying rubbish bins
  • Notify management when cleaning supplies or stock is running low and require reordering
  • Report any quality issues with tiny homes to the Factory Foreman for timely resolution
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless and efficient cleaning and delivery schedule
  • Perform general manufacturing/factory duties as required

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning and manual handling tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting

Working Conditions:

This is an ongoing position scheduled around or within the normal factory/production hours (6 am - 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday)

The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to work at heights, and have a strong attention to detail.
