Role OverviewWe are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at Dr. Martens South-East Melbourne. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the hero of the store, delivering exceptional customer experiences with your boundless energy and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Process large volumes of stock
- Pick and pack click and dispatch orders
- Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
- Full availability from October to Mid-January 2025, specifically weekends, late nights, and peak trading periods
- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
- Self-motivated and willingness to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Work amongst premium product alongside fellow passionate and dedicated sneakerheads
