Your Responsibilities

As a key member of the Family Law Team, reporting directly to the Senior Head Lawyer, you will benefit from exceptional mentorship while tackling a variety of complex family law matters. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling divorce and separation cases, addressing family violence, negotiating property and financial settlements, and managing parenting, custody, child support, and adoption issues.

Your Profile

We are eager to connect with candidates who:

  • Are qualified solicitors with a minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of family law and the Family Law Act, with a proven track record of managing cases independently from inception to resolution, including solid court advocacy experience.
  • Exhibit adaptability, a client-focused approach, and a proactive mindset.
  • Are highly organized, motivated, and capable of meeting deadlines.
