Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of circa 180 properties with dedicated support staff
  2. Perform mainly in-office duties, including handling maintenance, preparing CMA's and lease renewals, managing arrears, conducting exit condition reports, uploading rental listings online, and tenant sign-ups
  3. Liaise with owners and tenants to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues
  4. Work closely with the team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
