Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Litigation Solicitor to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to progress their career with a forward-thinking practice.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil procedure and property-related legal principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and progress a diverse caseload of litigation matters with expertise in property-related disputes.
  • Advise and represent both commercial and residential clients on contentious property issues.
  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law affecting property litigation.
  • Prepare cases for court hearings, mediation, and other forms of dispute resolution; attend court as required.
  • Liaise with clients throughout the lifecycle of a case, providing strategic advice and regular updates.
  • Work closely with colleagues across departments to provide a seamless service to clients.
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure deadlines, billing targets, and compliance requirements are met consistently.

Requirements
