Conveyor Technician

We are seeking a skilled Conveyor Technician to join our team at Allstar Blue. This role will involve working in a workshop environment, with regular travel to various sites in Perth and WA.

Main Responsibilities:

• Belt splicing, repairs, and maintenance of steel cord and fabric conveyor belts.
• Performing hot and cold repairs.
• Applying linings on site and within the workshop.
• Identifying common belt damage/faults and determining method of repair.
• Contributing towards the company's safety policies.
• Performing pulley lagging and applying mechanical clips.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a belt splicer/conveyor technician.
• The ability to communicate effectively across all levels – clients, management, and team members.
• A strong commitment to safety.
• A valid driver's license.

Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
