We are seeking a skilled and empathetic clinical professional to lead our Women's Health and ENT Unit at John Flynn Private Hospital. In this senior role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional patient-centred care to women, newborns, children, and their families.
You will be responsible for day-to-day clinical leadership, supporting your colleagues in their professional growth, and being actively involved in problem-solving within the clinical setting. To succeed in this position, you will be a dedicated and compassionate nurse with excellent clinical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to leadership.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is essential.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a specialty area is required.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster is necessary.
