Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee all HVAC & Mechanical works completed on the base.

This role involves supervising in-house staff and subcontractors, inspecting and validating physical work, managing costs and budgets, and maintaining accounts and relations with suppliers.

The successful applicant will be responsible for attending meetings to oversee progress and issues impacting safety, quality, schedule, and budgets.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
  • Refrigerant Handling Licence
  • Competent using the MS Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)
  • Experience in facilities maintenance on a range of building related works and repairs
  • Knowledge or experience with SAP or similar - Highly regarded

Others:
