Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of transformation programs across various sectors.

  • Design and implement comprehensive transformation frameworks that align with organisational goals.
  • Oversee complex programs across multiple teams, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with clear outcomes.

Key responsibilities include offering targeted expertise and support to transformation programs at critical points during the program lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of Group Transformation to drive the adoption of a consolidated PPM tool.

About You and Your Skills
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and manage comprehensive transformation frameworks.
  • Experience overseeing complex programs, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with clear outcomes.
  • Advanced skills in methodologies like PMI, Prince2, Agile, with relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, ScrumMaster).
