We are seeking a skilled ICT Systems Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and oversight of our IT systems and services;
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive working environment for team members;
  • Stay up-to-date with current developments in line with operational requirements, identifying needs for further professional development;
  • Monitor the Service Desk queue to ensure timely action on all ticket requests;
  • Analyse the Service Desk incident queue to develop a proactive approach to problem solving and optimising time spent.

The ideal candidate will be a committed professional, keen to learn and grow in skills and knowledge relevant to IT systems and projects, and willing to take initiative as a team player.

Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in operating systems, software applications, and networking protocols;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Proven ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines;
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and tools;
  • Continuous learning mindset, with a desire to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends.
