**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead and foster a team of Residential Support Workers in providing exceptional care and support to our residents in our brand new self-contained Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing Program Schedules: Creating and implementing personalized program schedules that cater to the unique needs of our residents.
  • Staff Management: Leading, developing, and rostering our team of Residential Support Workers to ensure exceptional care and support.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, families, and external partners.
  • Direct Resident Support: Providing hands-on care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a Supported Independent Living program.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Roster of Care and Master roster, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are desirable.
  • Driver's License: Possession of a valid NSW driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
