About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Product Development Manager to join our team at Dexus. As a key contributor to the strategic growth of our real infrastructure business, you will be responsible for establishing new funds, mandates, and joint ventures with a primary focus on the infrastructure space.

As a project leader, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to execute business development initiatives. Your role will involve end-to-end project management, including new fund product concept design, investor marketing, deal structuring, and negotiation of key terms, transaction underwriting, and due diligence, leading to deal execution.

About You
  • You will have a strong understanding and experience within financial advisory/investment banking, investment management, or private equity.
  • Infrastructure-specific experience is preferred.
  • You will have experience utilising underwriting and valuation methodologies.
  • You will be able to operate in a dynamic environment of large-scale transactions.
