Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Broadcast and Transmission Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a variety of transmission systems and associated infrastructure.
This role requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, respond to on-the-job training, and participate in the installation, maintenance, and repair of broadcast and communication equipment.
- Maintain transmission systems and associated infrastructure to meet customer requirements.
- Respond effectively to on-the-job training with various team members.
- Participate in district activities including site facility management as directed.
- Implement appropriate service restoration actions and escalate technical issues to field callout technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
- Provide high-quality support to customers and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Electronics or related field.
- Experience in RF transmission and broadcast equipment.
- Sound interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Flexible working hours and willingness to travel.
